Shattered Globe understands that ticket prices can pose a financial burden and, at times, an obstacle for theatregoers.

A number of free tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis for students and community members experiencing access barriers to theatre until ……

We offer sliding-scale ($5-15) for requests made for any regular performances.

If you would like to be considered to SGT’s Waived Ticket Program fill out this form or email nsantana@shatteredglobe.org with the subject: WAIVED TICKET REQUEST.

Please note: all requests must be completed by 12 pm the Friday before the performance you would like to attend. This email will not be monitored on weekends or after 5 pm on weekdays.

Masks are no longer required at most performances, however masks are encouraged due to the intimacy of the space.

The bar is open at Theater Wit and drinks will be allowed in the theatre. Please note that even at our special masked performances, the Theatre Wit Lobby will remain mask-optional as that is outside of our purview.

If you are sick, please call our box office for a complimentary ticket voucher with at least 5 hours notice.

SGT responds to Chicago public health reports and will update any policies when needed.

Theater Wit is wheelchair accessible, and all patrons with disability needs are invited to purchase access tickets with the code “ACCESS20”* at Theater Wit’s checkout page. Please also email boxoffice@theaterwit.org to make sure we can reserve the right seat for your access needs!
